1. The Service
Orbia AI is an AI prompt gallery where you can browse AI-generated images, sign in to reveal the prompts behind them, and unlock premium prompts using points. Orbia AI is operated by Clutch Coders.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your country to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Points and premium unlocks
- Points are a virtual in-app balance with no monetary value. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or refunded.
- New accounts may receive welcome points. Points can be spent to unlock premium prompts and may be earned through referrals.
- We may adjust point amounts, prices, and rules at any time to operate the Service fairly and prevent abuse.
4. Referrals
Referral rewards are intended for inviting genuine new users. Creating fake accounts, referring yourself, or otherwise abusing the referral system is prohibited and may result in loss of points or account removal.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to break security, scrape content at scale, disrupt the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes.
6. Content and intellectual property
Images, prompts, and other materials in the gallery are provided for personal reference and inspiration. You are responsible for how you use any prompt you copy, and for complying with the terms of any third-party AI tool you use it with.
7. Advertising and third-party links
The Service is supported by advertising and may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your use of advertising and third-party services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any prompt will produce a particular result.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbia AI and Clutch Coders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service and its users.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
