Orbia AI (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) is an AI prompt gallery operated by Clutch Coders. You can reach us any time at the address in the Contact page.

We collect only what we need to run the Service:
- Account information — when you sign in with Google or email, we receive your name and email address, and store a points balance and a referral code for your account.
- Activity data — prompts you unlock, images you favorite, points transactions, and referrals, so the Service works correctly.
- Technical data — standard information such as IP address, browser type, and device data, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use your information
- To create and secure your account and keep you signed in.
- To operate the points economy (welcome points, premium unlocks, referrals).
- To maintain, protect, and improve the Service and prevent abuse.
- To display advertising that helps keep the Service free (see Section 5).
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: essential cookies that keep you signed in and make the Service function, and advertising cookies used by our advertising partners as described below. 6. Third-party services we rely on
We use trusted providers to deliver the Service, each handling data under their own policies: Google (sign-in and advertising), Cloudinary (image hosting and delivery), and our database and hosting providers (account and activity storage). We do not sell your personal information.
7. Data retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time, and an administrator can permanently remove your account and associated data, after which you may sign up again from scratch.
8. Children’s privacy
Orbia AI is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on the Contact page.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated policy.
